[Vancouver, Canada]: Everyone loves watching movies, right? But sometimes we end up hitting the worst of them, which are so annoying and crappy that it’s actually fun to watch them, and discussing every bit of it with the friends makes them even more amusing. Chris and Mark are two childhood best friends who have taken this idea to the next level and launched a new unique podcast, “Chris & Mark’s Craptacular Movie Revival.” The podcast is like a breath of fresh air and has been very well received by the podcast listeners. The duo chats and laughs about the crappiest movies ever made in cinema’s history in their fun style and never shy away from giving their brutally honest opinions on the films they choose to review. The chats, reviews, and comic timing are so on point, and the audience has been chuckling to no end.
The podcast has received a positive response, and four episodes are already out for the public. In these full of energy episodes, the two buddies have reviewed some classic cult movies like The Slumber Party Massacre II, Robowar, Starcrash & The Messenger. These movies are so bad that they have the power to entertain viewers in a most enjoyable way. “Chris and Mark’s Craptacular Movie Revival” is a fun take on these movies that is incredibly refreshing and offbeat.
One of the podcast creators, Chris Trottier, talked about the podcast and the whole idea behind it. As per his words, “I launched this site because streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime kept recommending terrible movies. So I thought, ‘Why not share this misery with a friend?’ That’s why we’re doing this podcast! Each film is a monument to craptacularity, movies that are so bad they’re good.” Mark Whitmore adds, “When Chris first approached me about doing this podcast, I was scared. The atrociousness still scares me. But hey, Chris bribed me with beer and pizza!”
The duo is excited about their venture as they believe that their novel punches and witty reviews will keep their audience on the edge of their seats. They are hopeful that their podcast can keep their listeners giggling while knowing exactly why or what makes these movies a part of such an embarrassing list.
Chris & Mark’s Craptacular Movie Revival is currently available on all leading Apple Podcasts, Spotify, TuneIn, and all podcast providers.
