As part of the expanded courses, clients wear LeanSuits, which have been proven to be an effective complement to resistance and strength training while improving sports-specific skills and performance. Whereas before, the EMS method was restricted to professional athletes’ use, the bodysuits can now be accessed by everyone.
LeanSuits’s training engages the body for up to 72 hours after a workout and targets around 300 + muscles simultaneously. To receive the full advantage of wearing the suit, clients can join the studio’s small group fitness sessions. The courses are led by professional fitness trainers who are experienced with EMS training.
As part of their first session, clients need to fill out a brief questionnaire about their current health and their fitness goals. Then they are attached to their lean suit.
